Die Speckverkostung beim Südtiroler Speckfest ist ein wahres Fest für den Gaumen. Unsere Experten führen dich durch die Aromen und Texturen der unterschiedlichen Speckvarianten, während du die delikaten Nuancen und das leichte rauchige und süße Aroma wahrnimmst. Dazu vergleichen und kombinieren wir erlesene Südtiroler Weine und verschiedene Südtiroler Käsesorten und Südtiroler Äpfel, die die perfekte Harmonie zu unserem exquisiten Südtiroler Speck g.g.A. bieten.

Due to the bad weather forecast for the weekend of the event, the Speck Alto Adige Festival will be moved to Bruneck.

The bacon tasting at the South Tyrolean Bacon Festival is a true feast for the palate. Our experts will guide you through the flavors and textures of the different varieties of Speck while you appreciate the delicate nuances and smoky aroma. To accompany this, we serve exquisite local wines, cheese and apples, which offer the perfect harmony to our exquisite South Tyrolean Speck PGI.
